WHAT IS THE JUST BEE COACHING PROGRAM?
It is a children's coaching program for the formation of good character and inclusion in diversity, which introduces and strengthens good behavior, mutual respect, appreciation, trust, compassion and other life values. These principles are presented interactively, in Spanish, English and Swahili, in the 12 lessons of the Just Bee book.
Facilitated by their teachers, reinforced with school activities, and put into practice at home with their parents, children develop essential principles designed to help them become better students and exemplary citizens.
In the Just Bee program:

The interaction created through the program between:

…the power of 3…creates a synergy that revives the teacher's passion for teaching ; the student's desire to learn; and in parent's motivation to be more involved in the development of good character and the education of their children.
HOW IT WORKS?
Each year we coach the children's for 12 weeks, 30 to 45 minutes per week at the school, followed by 15 to 25 minutes
at home with their parents.

* Kinder Gardner - We teach the basics of learning
* 1st Grade: Just Bee Stories, 12 weeks of association and writing
* 2nd Grade: Just Bee coaching 1, 12 weeks of coaching
* 3rd Grade: Follow up Coaching
* 4th Grade : Follow up Coaching
* 5th Grade: Students are coached as mentors and work together for 12 weeks with the new second graders as
leaders and role models.
Home:
* Parents reinforce lessons learned at school
* Use the social network to share best practices with other parents and teachers
* They can be assistant coaches and volunteers
WHY IS IT TAUGHT LIKE THIS?
The symbol of the program is the hexagon, because it represents the strongest and most flexible structure in nature. Through 12 Lessons We Strengthen Character And Create The Flexibility To Accept Diversity.
